X-Country Skiing

Endless trails

Miles and miles of cross-country trails run throughout the region.

At 108 Mile Ranch and 100 Mile House ("International Nordic Ski Capital," famous for the Cariboo Marathon Ski Race) hundreds of kilometres of groomed trails attract many skiers. Interlakes also offers good trails.

Wells-Barkerville boasts many ski trails, some running through Barkerville, a classic postcard winter setting.

Popular Bull Mountain north of Williams Lake has some night-lit sections. Tatla Lake features 17 km of trails for beginners to expert, and an annual ski race. Ski touring is popular in the Cariboo Mountains.
