Marketing Opportunities
The CCCTA’s Marketing Initiatives employ research based, track-able marketing, and advertising and promotional decisions which are focused on achieving the region’s Vision and Positioning Statements. Effective “experiential” marketing campaigns are focused on increasing the Top-of-Mind Awareness (TOMA) ranking of the regional brand and regional tourism product. This approach to Marketing will lead to increased interest and inquiries about the region from potential repeat and new visitors, resulting in an increase in visits, longer stays, and an increase in tourism revenue.
Current Marketing Opportunities
The Cariboo Chilcotin Coast Tourism Association is proud to offer the following opportunities as part of our partnered marketing campaigns.
Please check this page regularly - it will be updated as new marketing opportunities become available.

Vue Weekly - Edmonton's "free" weekly newspaper
As Tourism BC stats show a growing number of rubber tire visitors
arriving to our region from the greater Edmonton area, I believe this
is a fantastic opportunity, and the timing is perfect, to reach out and
lure more summer holiday visitors from Northern Alberta. They are now
starting to look for holiday options and what better place than the
Cariboo Chilcotin Coast Region to forge their memorable staycations?
I have negotiated outstanding rates for this “Three Issue Deal”,
which places our ads in special adventure series feature issues in each
of April, May and June, all for one very low price! Other tourism
regions in BC are seeing great results from using VUE WEEKLY as a
marketing medium. Now, it’s our turn. But hurry, as participation is
limited to the first three stakeholders who commit to this current
marketing campaign.
