Attending specific Media networking events is one of the tools we use to attract Media attention from defined key markets. The goal is to enhance our region’s profile by contacting and delivering compelling story ideas to a wide variety of qualified travel writers, authors, editors, producers and publishers. We also offer public relations and educational workshop support to our stakeholders.

Media, Travel Trade & E-marketing Workshops

One of our objectives here at the Cariboo Chilcotin Coast Tourism Association is to not just maintain, but to optimize mutually beneficial relationships with Tourism BC, the Canadian Tourism Commission our local regional tourism organizations and most importantly our stakeholders. We feel it is imperative to inspire our stakeholders and industry partners as well as supply tools and techniques to encourage them to engage with Travel Trade companies, Media and PR firms to achieve our common goal in carrying through with our vision statement “to inspire the Cariboo Chilcotin Coast tourism industry to achieve the vision of an icon destination”.
