Stakeholder Criteria

Accommodation
- In compliance with all municipal, regional district, provincial and federal regulations and bylaws, and
- Applicable insurance( including 3rd party liability), and
- The Stakeholder must be a minimum of one of the following
1. Tourism BC Accommodation approved
2. AAA rated / approved

Associations - In compliance with all municipal, regional district, provincial and federal regulations and bylaws, and
- Applicable insurance (including 3rd party liability), and
- Incorporated under the Societies Act or Boards of Trade Act

Real Estate - In compliance with all municipal, regional district, provincial and federal regulations and bylaws, and
- Either / or:
1. Member of the local Real Estate Board
2. BC Licensed realtor

Hostel - In compliance with all municipal, regional district, provincial and federal regulations and bylaws, and
- Minimum 2 Million Dollar insurance (including 3rd party liability), and
- The Stakeholder must be a minimum of one of the following
1. Tourism BC Accommodation approved
2. Member of Hostelling International Canada

Transportation - coaches, trains, planes, ferries
- In compliance with all municipal, regional district, provincial and federal regulations and bylaws, and
- Applicable insurance (including 3rd party liability), and
- Transport Canada certified

Rentals - In compliance with all municipal, regional district, provincial and federal regulations and bylaws, and
- Applicable insurance (including 3rd party liability)

Adventure - In compliance with all municipal, regional district, provincial and federal regulations and bylaws, and
- Applicable insurance (including 3rd party liability)

Ski - In compliance with all municipal, regional district, provincial and federal regulations and bylaws, and
- Applicable insurance (including 3rd party liability)

Golf - In compliance with all municipal, regional district, provincial and federal regulations and bylaws, and
- Applicable insurance (including 3rd party liability)

Attractions - In compliance with all municipal, regional district, provincial and federal regulations and bylaws, and
- Applicable insurance (including 3rd party liability)
Art & Culture - In compliance with all municipal, regional district, provincial and federal regulations and bylaws, and
- Applicable insurance (including 3rd party liability)

Spa & Wellness - In compliance with all municipal, regional district, provincial and federal regulations and bylaws, and
- Applicable insurance (including 3rd party liability)

Agriculture & Winery - In compliance with all municipal, regional district, provincial and federal regulations and bylaws, and
- Applicable insurance (including 3rd party liability)

Food & Beverage - In compliance with all municipal, regional district, provincial and federal regulations and bylaws, and
- Applicable insurance (including 3rd party liability)

Meeting Facilities - In compliance with all municipal, regional district, provincial and federal regulations and bylaws, and
- Applicable insurance (including 3rd party liability)

Tour Operators - In and out of province
- In compliance with all municipal, regional district, provincial and federal regulations and bylaws, and
- Applicable insurance (including 3rd party liability), and
- Tour operator registration

Tour Operators - Must be either: 1. Municipal 2. Regional 3. Provincial 4. Federal

Campgrounds - In compliance with all municipal, regional district, provincial and federal regulations and bylaws, and
- Applicable insurance (including 3rd party liability), and
- BC Accommodation approved

Dive - In compliance with all municipal, regional district, provincial and federal regulations and bylaws, and
- Minimum 2 Million Dollar insurance (including 3rd party liability), and
- Coast Guard certified vessel (if applicable), and either / or
1. PADI Certified
2. NAVI Certified

Education - In compliance with all municipal, regional district, provincial and federal regulations and bylaws, and
- Applicable insurance (including 3rd party liability)
- BC Public Education
