Each of us is being impacted differently by the Wildfire Situation and we, too, are thinking about how this impacts you and your business. If your business is not currently being directly affected by an Evacuation Order, as part of our planning and communication it would be very helpful if you could reply with quick answers to the following questions:

  1. How many rooms (beds per room) do you currently have available and not booked?
  2. If highways remains closed this week (so current guests are not departing) do you have any concerns about being overbooked?
  3. Do you have any guests that have an urgent need to depart this week? If so, please send a short note about their situation so we can try to get some assistance. Do not make any promises.
  4. How long will your supplies last with your current guests? If you were full?
  5. Are you able to host evacuees if required?
  6. Do you have any questions, concerns or needs you would like us to try to assist with?

Thank you all for your amazing support and perseverance – talk soon!
